Who approves my registration?
A member of the training team reviews each registration and each course request. You are told by notification and email when something changes.
How do the live classes work?
Classes run in a virtual classroom you join from your dashboard. A readiness check tests your browser, camera and microphone beforehand. Attendance is recorded from the time you spend in class, and sessions you miss can be caught up where your instructor allows it.
How am I assessed?
Each course sets its own requirements. These usually combine attendance, practical assignments marked against a rubric, and a timed online exam with a pass mark. You can see the requirements on every course page.
What if I disagree with a result?
You can appeal a result from your dashboard within the period the training team sets. A reviewer who did not mark the work looks at it and records their decision.
How does certificate verification work?
Every certificate has a number and a QR code. Anyone can enter the number on the verification page to see whether it is genuine, who it was awarded to and whether it is still valid.
What do I need to take part?
A laptop, tablet or phone with a stable internet connection. A laptop is best for practical work. The readiness check on your dashboard tells you if anything needs fixing.
