Your account
Registrations are reviewed by our training team and may be approved or declined. Keep your password private and do not let anyone else use your account. You are responsible for what is done with it. Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
Classes and conduct
Join live classes on time and treat instructors and other students with respect. Do not share class links, record sessions without permission, or post anything unlawful, abusive or misleading. We may remove a person from a class or suspend an account that breaks these rules.
Assignments and exams
Work you submit must be your own. Exams are timed and monitored by the platform, and results are decided by your instructors and the training team. If you think a result is wrong you can appeal it within the period shown on the platform.
Certificates
A certificate is issued only when the course's completion requirements have been met. Anyone can check a certificate's validity using its verification code. A certificate that was issued in error, or obtained unfairly, may be withdrawn, and the verification page will then show that it is no longer valid.
Course materials
Slides, notes and other materials belong to Opolo Empowerment or its instructors. You may use them for your own learning, but you may not copy, sell or share them without permission.
Availability
We work to keep the platform available, but we cannot promise it will always be free of interruptions. Classes may be rescheduled, and we will tell you when they are.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform changes. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
